Panama Opens Call for U.S. Military Academies

The Ministry of Public Security (Minseg) of Panama, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Panama, has announced a call for young people to study at military academies in the United States.

This opportunity is open to all Panamanian youth between the ages of 18 and 22 who wish to train abroad and aim high in their professional future. Selected candidates will be able to compete for spots in elite institutions such as West Point, the Air Force Academy, the Naval Academy, and the Coast Guard Academy.

The application period is open until Wednesday, December 10, at 4:00 p.m. One of the main requirements is proficiency in English: reading, writing, and speaking without difficulty, as all training is conducted in this language.

Those who want more information can contact the Minseg International Cooperation Office at the numbers 515-2815, 516-2842, and 516-2831.

This program seeks to open real doors for young people eager to improve themselves, offering them top-tier international training and the opportunity to return to the country better prepared to serve Panama.
