While the official meetings take place, the First Lady of Panama and her Costa Rican counterpart, Signe Zeikate, will head to the National Museum for an alternate agenda. At midday, both presidents and their teams will share a lunch at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where they will hold an expanded meeting with their respective working teams. The return of the Panamanian delegation is scheduled for the afternoon of the same day.
