The United States Ambassador to Panama, Kevin Marino Cabrera, praised the administration of President José Raúl Mulino, stating that in just a few months there has been significant progress. Marino Cabrera participated in the event alongside Mayor Mizrachi and representatives from the mayor’s office, and highlighted the importance of unity during the festivities. "I think President Mulino is doing a very good job for himself and for Panama, and perhaps one of the best presidents they have had in the last 10 years," the diplomat stated.
