Panama - The National Authority for Public Services (Asep) published in Official Gazette No. 30422 Resolution AN No. 21075-Telco. The resolution establishes for the year 2026 three periods during which interested parties may notify the entity of their intention to build new facilities dedicated to the provision of public services of telecommunications, electricity, radio, and television. Notifications, which must be made prior to the start of the works, can be submitted next year from February 23 to 27, from June 15 to 19, and from October 19 to 23. The decree also details that interested parties must formalize the notification through the forms called 'Application for Usable Space Reservation' and 'Application for Extension of Available Space', which are available on the Asep website.
