Panama's Comptroller: Government Servant or People's Defender?

Panama is today one of the richest countries in Latin America, but today it is practically submerged in mental and physical indigence, imposed by the governments. They make the poor population beg, with the so-called free fairs, in long and tedious lines, as a possible mechanism for submission. Where are the audit reports from the mayor's offices? Where are the audit reports from each and every one of them? There is also no talk about the whereabouts of the expensive drilling rig truck that was purchased in disuse. Never before has a comptroller general served a president to such an extent that it gave the impression of being an internal auditor for the Ministry of Education, pursuing the teachers who patriotically defended the working population and thousands of ingrates in a national strike against Law 462, from which some, even professionals, are already suffering the consequences.
