Hector Daniel De Sedas Cedeño is the new Subdirector of SENAFRONT. He has extensive experience in security, migration, and public administration. De Sedas holds two bachelor's degrees, a master's in business administration with a specialization in strategic management, three specializations, and four diplomas. His career includes service in the National Police of Colombia and Panama, where he held various leadership positions. He is the founder of several key units, including the Agent Training School, the Human Rights School, and the Intelligence School. De Sedas has also received numerous national and international awards for his contributions to security and intelligence. He has participated in international operations and has experience working in various countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
