Panama - José Luis Alarcón Padmore, who was wanted for his alleged involvement in an attempted homicide that occurred last year in Puerto Escondido, corregimiento of Cristóbal (Colón), was apprehended in the corregimiento of Pacora (Panamá Este). Apparently, Alarcón Padmore moved to another province to evade justice, but failed. This Tuesday, during the implementation of the 'Odyssey' operation, he was located in sector #3 of Pacora. For over a month, the young man had been tracked by the Specialized Homicide and Femicide Section of the Regional Prosecutor's Office of Colón and Guna Yala, after a 'Wanted' bulletin was issued against him on December 5, 2025. The suspect is linked to a crime against life and personal integrity, in its attempted homicide modality, registered on October 4, 2025, in the corregimiento of Cristóbal, Puerto Escondido, when he allegedly shot a person. Once the procedure was completed, the man was transferred to the nearest police substation to be remitted to the Colón Prosecutor's Office, where he must face the judicial process in his case.
