The silence is what weighs most. The workers state that there is still no official communication guaranteeing what will happen when the contract ends. They also do not know if another company will absorb them or if they will be left unemployed and unpaid. Faced with this situation, they demand the intervention of the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel).
