According to the document, Yerik Emil Navarro, the artist's legal name, is reportedly currently held in Sector C of the La Mega Joya penitentiary, where they claim his rights are being violated due to the lack of an adequate resocialization plan. The statement indicates that despite his legal status, Yemil has ongoing professional commitments, including a music contract, as well as recorded artistic material and projects that remain archived. The artist's team maintains that the continuity of his career is key, not only for his trajectory but because it is the means of support for his children and family. The name Yemil is once again taking center stage on social media, this time following the publication of a photo of a girl receiving a car as a gift. However, they have informed that they have decided to stop actively managing the artist's social media accounts, with the aim of facilitating his transfer out of Sector C and allowing him to undergo a resocialization process as established. The post was accompanied by a message to the Panamanian public, requesting support to make the statement go viral and thus draw the attention of the relevant authorities.
