The Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) has asked all Panamanian vessels to exercise extreme caution and avoid transiting through Ukrainian and Russian waters in the Black Sea and the Sea of ​​Azov. Therefore, the entity asked Panamanian ships already in Ukrainian waters or ports to strictly comply with the precautionary measures established by the Government of Ukraine. Closed ports, limited operations and increased risk for ships entering or calling at Ukrainian facilities. The incident occurred while the vessel was anchored in the Chornomorsk area and left one crew member injured. The man received immediate medical attention and remains in stable condition, according to the official report. The AMP explained that the conflict in the area continues to have a significant impact.
