Panama. Mrs. Katherine Gaitan is in total anguish since January 17, when her mother handed her 10-year-old daughter over to her ex-partner. Since then, she has not heard anything from her daughter. This mother states that, despite her requests, the man refuses to return the child, so she decided to file a complaint with the Children's and Adolescents' Court of Los Santos and other authorities. However, he has disregarded the orders issued by these institutions. She confirmed that she has tried to call him several times, but he does not answer his phone, and if she sends him text messages, he leaves her 'on seen'.
