The President of the National Assembly, Jorge Herrera, called for institutional unity and to set aside political posturing, to focus on what is truly important: working for the country and responding to the citizens with concrete actions.
Herrera highlighted that the National Assembly is focused on fulfilling its constitutional responsibilities and announced that tomorrow the official delivery of the National Assembly's accountability report to the Comptroller General of the Republic will take place, which is the competent authority before which it is required to render accounts.
"The country needs institutions that work with seriousness, transparency, and commitment. This is not a time for distractions or protagonism, it is a time for responsibility and results," he emphasized.
With this action, the National Assembly reaffirms its commitment to transparency, institutionalism, and respect for the rule of law, advancing with facts and not with speeches.
