The President of the Republic, José Raúl Mulino, met today with the Realizing Goals (RM) party's bloc of deputies to review the projects that the Government will execute this year with the aim of addressing urgent needs and resolving the problems faced by the country's different provinces. In the meeting, President Mulino detailed his administration's efforts to order public finances. The confirmation came through diplomatic channels. According to international publications, Trump has also invited to this meeting the presidents of Argentina, Javier Milei; Bolivia, Rodrigo Paz; Ecuador, Daniel Noboa; El Salvador, Nayib Bukele; Honduras, Nasry Asfura; and Paraguay, Santiago Peña. The U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, had already preliminarily informed Mulino on January 21 about the invitation to this meeting of regional leaders, where geopolitical issues on the continent will be debated. President Mulino has been officially notified to participate in the meeting of Heads of State to be convened by Trump in Miami on March 7th. He emphasized the rescue of important works that past governments abandoned and that caused heavy losses for the State. Mulino highlighted that this year his government has allocated the largest investment budget the country has ever had, over B/.11 billion, for important works such as roads, hospitals, and other projects that will solve social problems and represent job opportunities for thousands of Panamanians. The RM deputies expressed their support for President Mulino's management within the National Assembly to facilitate the work plan that seeks to consolidate Panama as the country with the highest growth in the region.
