The Panamanian authorities will hold a judicial auction for the sale of two single-family homes. The auction will take place on February 24th at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). From 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., bids from interested parties will be accepted. The base price for both properties is B/.348,547.46. From 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the bidding and re-bidding will take place with the submitted offers. The properties are located in the Villas Alpinas residential area, sector Villa Zaita, corregimiento of Las Cumbres, in the province of Panama. Each unit has an area of 527.625 square meters. The General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) will inform the community about other property auctions through its official communication channels, aiming to sell these properties and settle the taxpayers' obligations, thus eliminating the backlog with the Treasury.
