Panama's President José Raúl Mulino appointed José Aníbal Rincón Stanziola as the new Vice Minister of Agricultural Development. Stanziola is an industrial engineer from the Technological University of Panama. He also holds a master's degree in Business Administration from INCAE Business School. In his career, he has worked as a consultant for companies in the food industry. This appointment comes at a time when the agricultural sector faces challenges, and the government is betting on strengthening its technical team. Stanziola has also been a teacher in entrepreneurship and business, training new professionals linked to the productive sector.
