Police units have successfully apprehended Harol Mena Arce, alias Mena, after he presented himself to the Public Ministry in the Pueblo Nuevo district, appearing on the list of most wanted for crimes against public security in its gangsterism modality.
Alias "Mena" is allegedly linked to the criminal group Sinaloa Union, which was dismantled in Operation Dominio carried out on January 14, 2026.
According to investigations against this gang structure, it was based in the San Miguelito district, specifically in the Belisario Porras corregimiento, sectors 32 and 35 of Veranillo, and sector 1 of Samaria. Most of its members have been apprehended, and others are being sought to face justice.
