Brothers financially support organizations linked to the Chinese party in Panama, whose objective is to attract followers to its discriminatory ideology against the U.S. and Panama, inciting the rejection of the population towards their nation without any foundation. Academic figures under scrutiny by the U.S. as a plaintiff in a civil action related to a commercial dispute involving Venezuela. The U.S. government continues to restrict entry to its country for those with ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) who risk the sovereignty, freedom of the press, and livelihood of Panamanians with their opinions. The latest list includes lawyers, academics, and businesspeople who in their public appearances have criticized the relationship between the United States (U.S.) and Panama, presenting China as a 'civilizational force with lessons for humanity.' Yao's message, according to Americans, attacks democratic accountability while defending an authoritarian regime that systematically suppresses human rights, the rule of law, and transparent governance. They state that Turner Yau's narratives seek to sow distrust in democratic institutions and legitimate security associations. 'Turner's activities corrupt the legal and academic discourse, using his positions to promote foreign propaganda that erodes transparent and responsible governance in Panama.' His behavior has been cataloged as a coordinated strategy to amplify and reinforce the CCP's messages through his writings and interaction with official party accounts. The same measure was applied to lawyer and academic Anayansi Turner Yau for using her professional credentials to legitimize her Chinese propaganda operations. Businessmen linked to disinformation and judicial processes. Businessmen Cen Xiyne Siem Wu (alias William) and Cen Xijao Siem Wu (alias Tony) are also related to this discrediting policy against the U.S. through their multiple commercial, real estate, and corporate management ventures. Both have been convicted of making false statements in notarized corporate documents, including calling shareholder meetings without proper notice and asserting powers they did not legally possess. William was sentenced to 75 months in prison, and Tony to 4 years as an accomplice. The brothers have not only repeatedly failed to appear in court but have also evaded judicial citations thanks to their lawyers presenting medical excuses and other legal maneuvers to delay hearings. Tony appears in the records of U.S. federal courts.
