In Panama, essential basic subjects are being removed from the high school curriculum, such as Civics, Panama-US Relations, Physics, and Chemistry. This adds to the difficulties and risks of accessing dilapidated national facilities. Due to these burdens, thousands of students in Panama and millions in Latin America do not perceive the harm to which they are subjected for the rest of their lives. Many do not reach university levels and are left with a deficiency that hinders the development of critical thinking. This is the case in Panama, where improvisations or bad intentions do not ensure a progressive and up-to-date basic education. Bombings and genocides, including the deaths of thousands of children, women, and the elderly, are ignored, as are trade and financial strangulations. We live in a world of massive, cowardly, and miserable crimes, where power rules through force. Is this the world for which God created human beings, have demons surpassed the power of the Creator with the acquiescence of some ill-born? Therefore, it is necessary to debate and clarify the reasons for the current global situation. In this sense, the shortcomings of the education system for children and young people must be lamented, as they are deprived of basic knowledge that should be taught in secondary school subjects. This unequal and unjust relationship subjects workers at any level to criminal exploitation that harms the family unit. The damage worsens as some supposedly democratic countries use these shortcomings for their advantage when they come to 'invest' in Panama or the rest of Latin America, perverting values by making it seem like they are helping or 'giving' jobs because they are 'generous'. Extractivism has become a form of enrichment for consortia and groups of political and economic power, while human life is disregarded. The farce in international news is pathetic. Dehumanization has reached unsustainable extremes, affecting children, young people, and adults through hunger in many cases, based on a dehumanized free enterprise. On the other hand, state economic revenues are squandered, and basic education, health, and housing services are ignored. If workers protest, they can be imprisoned and persecuted. The invasions and looting of wealth carried out by countries and powers try to be justified with falsehoods about national security or drug trafficking, which originate in the very same accusing countries. The reality is that the workforce at any scale of work is hired to produce and generate the economic income with which they are paid, not as charity, but for the profits that generate wealth for the 'investors', in addition to the surplus value from poorly paid work. The height of it is that state 'authorities' in each country become accomplices to this system of labor exploitation, because capital by itself does not generate wealth. With the title of this material — a source of concerns and despair — I only intend to alert those who read it about the serious situation affecting humanity, asking them to forward it and comment on it in their gatherings. It is true that a large part of humanity, with an open mind and proper training, knows something of the truth that is reported and also how it is misinformed with fallacies and hypocrisy. The worldwide clamor for peace resurges.
