Draft Reform of the CSS Law Will Be Presented

The Panamanian politician José Raúl Mulino has announced that on November 6 he will present to the National Assembly the reform project to the Social Security Fund (CSS) law. In this context, Mulino expressed his support for Deputy Luis Eduardo Chapman, who has worked on the development of this project.

Mulino highlighted the importance of this reform to improve the social security system in Panama and to ensure a better future for insured individuals. According to the politician, this initiative aims to strengthen the CSS and correct the deficiencies it currently faces.

In the words of José Raúl Mulino: "It is essential that the National Assembly approves this reform to guarantee the sustainability and efficiency of the Social Security Fund, which is vital for thousands of Panamanians".

With the confirmation of the presentation of this bill in the Assembly, it is expected that the debate on the reform of the CSS law will gain prominence in the Panamanian political sphere in the coming days.
