Elections for New FEDAP Board in Panama

On Saturday, November 16, elections will take place to appoint a new board for the Federation of Professional Associations of Panama (FEDAP). Two lists are presented, with voting for various leadership positions. The election is part of the General Assembly where the new board will be sworn in for 2024-2026.


Tomorrow, Saturday, November 16, the elections will be held to choose the new board of the Federation of Professional Associations of Panama (FEDAP). The voting will take place at the Faculty of Education of the University of Panama, and two slates have been presented: the blue slate, called "Generational Relief" led by Magistrate Kenia Batista, president of the Association of Social Workers of Panama, and the slate "Federative Power" chaired by Magistrate Rebeca Yanis Orobio.

In these elections, votes will be cast for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Principal Director, and Alternate Director. The electoral process will take place during the General Assembly, where the counting board will be appointed, the voting will be carried out, and finally the proclamation and swearing-in of the new Board of Directors for the 2024-2026 term will proceed.
