Laguna Premium Boxing to Support Amateur Boxing in Panama

Promotion company Laguna Premium Boxing held its first amateur boxing event in Curundu, endorsed by the Panama Olympic Boxing Federation. The goal is to develop new talents.

Laguna Premium Boxing to Support Amateur Boxing in Panama

The professional boxing promotion company, Laguna Premium Boxing, will also support amateur events. Last Saturday, it held its first card at the Pedro 'El Rockero' Alcázar Gym in Curundú.

A total of 12 bouts were part of this event, which aims to provide activity for new talents in this sport and contribute to their development.

The program was endorsed by the Panama Olympic Boxing Federation (Fedebop) and was a success.

"We will be supporting amateur boxing with the aim of exploiting the genuine talent of these boys and girls who love this sport," stated Rouss Laguna, who, along with her husband and former world champion Anselmo 'Chemito' Moreno, directs the company.

It is expected that next year, the promotion company, which will be celebrating its 10th anniversary, will continue to hold these Olympic boxing programs.
