The Panama Women's National Soccer Team began training on Tuesday in preparation for their debut in the Concacaf W 2025/2026 Qualifiers. The Panamanian team will play its first match in this tournament this Sunday against Curaçao as the visiting team. The match will take place at the Rignaal "Jean" Francisca Stadium in the city of Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao. The start time is scheduled for 7:00 PM (Panama time). A press release from the Panamanian Football Federation (FPF) detailed that during this first practice, held at the COS Sports Plaza, head coach Toña Is had the presence of all the called-up players, confirming the replacement of Mickeylis Gutiérrez for Katherine González, who was ruled out due to an injury suffered in her last match with her club. The national team will train again this Wednesday and Thursday morning before traveling to Curaçao this Friday morning.
