The Panama Women's National Football Team is ready to start the World Cup qualifiers. This was announced by the Panama Football Federation (FPF). After training at the COS Sports Plaza from Tuesday to Thursday, the team, coached by Toña Is, will travel on Friday morning to Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao, where a training session is scheduled for the evening. On Saturday, the national team will hold its official training session before the match, and on Sunday, with a kickoff at 7:00 PM Panama time, they will play against Curaçao. "The players are training very well," the head coach noted. "We are working very well, focusing a lot on the tactical aspect so that no detail is left unpolished," she stated. Regarding their opponent, Curaçao, the Panama strategist was clear about the caution with which each match must be approached: "Everyone wants to win, there are no easy teams, and we can never underestimate our opponent. That is a little of what I am instilling in the players." The head coach also highlighted that the team now has more mature and experienced players, which will help them better handle all the matches.
