Judo brought a gold medal for Panama, thanks to Némesis Candelo in the -48 kg category. Likewise, Ronal González added another bronze medal for Panama in the -73 kg category. Bernabé Vergara also secured a bronze medal in the -60 kg category. Lilian Cordones competed in the -52 kg category. In the quarterfinals, she defeated the Dominican Samantha Josefa 1-0. She then lost in the semifinals to Thalía Gamarra of Peru 0-100. In one of the bronze medal finals, she defeated the Bolivian Ariana Flores 100-0. Judo also awarded two bronze medals with athletes Lilian Cordones and Bernabé Vergara. Candelo defeated Gabriel Miranda in the quarterfinals, then Erika Jara in the semifinal, and Erika Lasso in the final, both from Colombia. It was the sixth gold medal for Panama at the 2025 Bolivarian Games. The Panamanian Candelo defeated all her aforementioned rivals with a score of 100-0.
