Panama crushes Honduras to advance to final

The Panama national team, led by Felipe Baloy, yesterday secured a resounding 3-0 victory over Honduras, finishing at the top of Group A with 9 points and qualifying directly for the final. In stoppage time at 90+1 minutes, Moisés Richard scored the third goal, sealing Panama's dominant victory. Panama's first goal was scored by Josué Vergara in the 23rd minute, who controlled the ball in the area and skillfully finished past goalkeeper Noel Valladares. Yesterday, against the Hondurans, Panama demonstrated control over the game's flow and proved to be superior to the 'Catrachos' on the field. Costa Rica advanced to the final by defeating Guatemala 2-1 and topping Group B. Panama's second goal came in the 78th minute from Estevis López, who scored with a left-footed shot from outside the area.
