Panamanian cycling ended the year 2025 as the leader of the Central American ranking of the International Cycling Union (UCI). Panama headed the regional area with a total of 940.85 points. The ranking detailed that Guatemala is in second place with 931 points captured, while Costa Rica appears third with 750.01 points added. Then come Belize with 600; Honduras with 566.98; El Salvador with 262; and Nicaragua with 23 points. With the number of points captured so far, Panamanian cycling is approaching its goal of being in the Olympic Games for the third consecutive time. In addition, Panamanian cycling was ranked eighth in the America Tour, a list led by the United States, followed by Mexico and Colombia.
