Cecilio Waterman, a standout Panamanian footballer, has joined Universidad de Concepción in Chile, where he will continue competing in the top division. In previous years he played for Coquimbo Unido, and from 2020 to 2023 he represented Universidad de Concepción, while also spending loan spells at other clubs in various tournaments. With the move, he will maintain his status as a professional footballer in Chilean football.
