Panama tied 2-1 with the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday in their second and final exhibition game before the World Baseball Classic. The match took place at Publix Field at Marchand Stadium in the city of Lakeland, Florida. A press release from the Panamanian Baseball Federation (Fedebeis) detailed that the Detroit Tigers scored a run in the bottom of the second and another in the bottom of the third, while Panama scored its only run in the top of the fourth.
