The national cyclist demonstrated her excellent form in the women's road race, securing the first spot for the country in this regional event. Meanwhile, the men's team sealed a historic day, by securing two additional spots after an intense battle on the Colombian asphalt. With these results, Panama begins its journey successfully towards the maximum representation allowed for the Central American and Caribbean Games, which is 4 spots per branch (male and female).
