The Panamanian Baseball Federation officially announced the schedule for the semifinal series of the 2026 National Major Baseball Championship on Friday night. In this stage of the tournament, the top four teams will face off in two best-of-seven series. The matchups will be Bocas del Toro vs. Colón, and Panamá Oeste vs. Chiriquí. Both series will start simultaneously this Sunday, April 12, with games scheduled for 7:00 PM. In the series between the defending champion, Bocas del Toro, and Colón, the first two games will be played at Calvin Byron Stadium in Changuinola, the home of the 'tortugueros'. In the series between Panamá Oeste and Chiriquí, the first game will be held at Kenny Serracín Stadium in David. The schedule maintains a 2-3-2 format: the first two games are at the home of the higher-seeded team, followed by three consecutive games at the opponent's venue, and if necessary, the final two games return to the original site. On Monday, April 13, the second games of the series will be played at the same venues: Bocas del Toro will host Colón, while Chiriquí will again receive Panamá Oeste in David. After a rest day on Tuesday, April 14, the series will move to new locations. From Wednesday, April 15, to Friday, April 17, Colón will host Bocas del Toro at the new Roberto Mariano Bula Stadium, while Panamá Oeste will receive Chiriquí at Mariano Rivera Stadium in La Chorrera. If necessary, Saturday, April 18, is reserved as a rest day before action resumes on Sunday, April 19, with potential Game 7s. On that date, the series would return to Changuinola and David, respectively. Finally, Monday, April 20, is set for potential decisive seventh games, again at Calvin Byron and Kenny Serracín stadiums, in case the series go to the maximum number of games.
