Last night at approximately 8:30 PM, two unknown individuals entered the home where the victim lived and shot Carlos Alberto Valencia Terrado in Valencia, primarily hitting him in the head and chest. As a result of this armed attack, Valencia's daughter was also wounded in the abdomen and left side. She was transported to the Chepo Hospital along with her father by units of the National Border Service (Senafront). Unfortunately, Valencia arrived at the hospital dead, so the on-duty physicians could do nothing more than determine he had no vital signs, whereas his daughter received care and is in stable condition. Although Valencia had no criminal record, it was reported that his house had been raided in July of this year with no incidents reported. Proof of this was the murder of Carlos Alberto Valencia Terrado (29 years old). The case occurred around 8:30 PM last night on 12th Street in the Olimpia neighborhood, located in the Chepo district. Panama- Hitmen no longer care if their targets are inside or outside their homes, or if they are alone or accompanied; all that matters to them is to kill their victim.
