An unofficial source, who requested anonymity, pointed out that among the problems was the lack of support from the municipality and that the security required by the National Police depended on the agents in charge of surveillance being paid. They also specified that the suspension is due to the lack of institutional coordination, as there was no operational agreement between the entities with territorial and jurisdictional competence in the province of Colón.
