Panama - A young woman speaking on her cell phone from the hallway of the third floor of building H-53, in the Alto de Los Lagos complex, Cristóbal Este, fell this morning to the ground floor after the railing she was leaning on gave way.The incident alarmed residents of the housing complex, who immediately requested assistance.
