The association also regularly offers preparatory courses to obtain a real estate broker license, facilitating that interested parties meet the legal requirements to operate in the Panamanian market. To ensure a secure transaction, ACOBIR suggests requesting the license number, verifying its validity on the official MICI website, and consulting the ACOBIR portal to confirm the professional's guild membership.
