The President of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, met with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, and his Minister of Foreign Affairs as part of his agenda in Davos. Both presidents discussed various issues of mutual interest and explored possible areas of collaboration between their nations.
In other news, the Municipal Council of Panama approved a two-year unpaid leave for Vice Mayor Roberto Ruiz Díaz. This decision was made after evaluating the request presented by the official during an ordinary session. Granting the leave will allow Ruiz Díaz to be absent from his duties for the specified time without losing his position.
Regarding the meeting between the presidents of Panama and Ukraine, Mulino stated: "It was a very productive meeting where we were able to share visions and explore collaboration opportunities that benefit both nations." Zelensky also expressed his optimism about the possibilities of strengthening ties between the two countries and working together in areas of common interest.
