Yesterday at 11:20 p.m., Enmanuel Abdiel Vargas Foster (25 years old) was found agonizing on the pavement of El Hueco de Sinaní, located in sector #5 of Samaria, in the district of San Miguelito. He was coordinated to be transferred to the San Miguel Arcángel Hospital, where he was declared dead minutes after being shot. For the moment, the motive of the crime is unknown, which complicates the line of investigation, as Vargas had no criminal record. Residents of the sector only reported hearing gunshots and called the National Police to investigate the incident. Upon arriving at the scene, officers visualized Vargas with several bullet impacts on his body.
