Former Menudo member, writer, and financial advisor Xavier Serbiá met with Government Minister Dinoska Montalvo to discuss the Plan Libertad and prison rehabilitation programs. The meeting, held at the Government Palace, focused on the Ministry's efforts in resocialization and entrepreneurship. Montalvo emphasized that many inmates have entrepreneurial skills and only need to learn how to market their products. Serbiá praised Montalvo's vision, calling it "fantastic," and stressed the importance of providing people with the tools to achieve their own freedom. Montalvo expressed satisfaction, noting that many of Serbiá's suggestions are already in progress and only need formalization. She highlighted the importance of giving second chances, as everyone has their own shortcomings.
