The ambassador also responded to criticisms surrounding the president's administration: 'Look, President Mulino is very clear about democracy. From when he was with the civil crusade to now that he is president.' Marino Cabrera participated in the event alongside Mayor Mizrachi and representatives from the mayor's office, highlighting the importance of unity during the festivities. 'And anyone who says otherwise doesn't know him well,' he stated. 'I think that President Mulino is doing a very good job for himself and for Panama, and perhaps one of the best presidents they have had in the last 10 years,' affirmed the diplomat.
