Intense semifinals were scheduled for the National Frontenis Tournament, featuring the participation of the best players in the country, gathered at the epicenter of the sport. This event serves as a preparatory tournament for the international Panama Open 8, to be held from March 23 to 28 in the Panamanian capital.

Key matchups include the following pairings:

Arnulfo Suárez/Henry Pozo face Tomás Abraham Sr. & Jr.; Marilú González/Oscar Gómez vs Carlos Ortega/Antonio Pugliese; Ernesto Alemán/Demetrio Serracin against Jorge Solis Father and Son.

The tournament is sanctioned by the National Organization of Frontenis of Panama and is held on the courts of the Spanish Benevolent Society. A total of 24 confirmed players in twelve pairs are competing in balanced groups for spots in the final rounds.

Starting next Monday, March 23, Panama will host intense battles at the facilities of the Spanish Benevolent Society for the International Frontenis Tournament "Panama Open 8". The event will feature eight invited countries competing for top honors in the A, B, C, Master, and Female categories. This high-performance sporting event will have representations from the United States, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and Panama, with players engaging in sustained battles in pair matches on a 20-meter surface.
