Starting next Monday, March 23rd, to the 28th, Panama will host the intense battles of the International Frontenis Tournament 'Panama Open 8' at the facilities of the Spanish Society of Charity. The high-performance sporting event will feature teams from the United States, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and Panama. Athletes will compete for top honors in the A, B, C, Master, and Female categories. The competition will feature pair-based matches on a 20-meter surface. The Panamanian delegation is represented by fourteen pairs. In the men's category A, the pairs will be Dayron Mateo/Javier López and Tomás Abraham/José Ayon. In the female category, the duo of Marina González/Marilú González will compete.
