Panama, February 24. Last Tuesday, 19-year-old Justin María del Carmen Vásquez Moreno went missing after leaving her home in the Victoriano Lorenzo area, Sonadora sector, Penonomé district, to attend a course at INADEH.
Since then, her trail has gone cold, and she remains missing. According to the report filed by her family, the young woman was last seen around 8:00 a.m. From 11:00 a.m., her mobile phone was turned off, making any communication impossible.
The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Nation, through the Regional Prosecutor's Office of Coclé, immediately activated the Specialized Unit for Missing Persons, which maintains search operations and investigative diligences to locate her whereabouts.
The family described the young woman as a slim person with fair skin, dark brown almond-shaped eyes, abundant eyelashes, and curly shoulder-length hair. Additionally, she was carrying a large military-colored backpack and a green umbrella with orange details.
She is approximately 1.70 meters tall and has a scar on her nose, as well as a line or mark across the middle. Similarly, they indicate that on Tuesday, when she disappeared, she was wearing long blue jeans, a short-sleeved white sweater with blue stripes on the sleeves, and black sneakers with green.
