During the meeting, Blair expressed his interest in providing technological support to Panama, considering it a success story.
President Mulino extended a personal invitation to Blair to visit Panama and see firsthand the various opportunities the country offers, highlighting its privileged geographical position and openness to the world. The meeting included the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Chancellor, the Minister of Commerce and Industries, as well as presidential advisers and the Secretary of Economic Affairs and Competitiveness.
The Tony Blair Institute aims to support governments and leaders in implementing their development visions by providing analysis, feedback, and lessons learned from its work with governments in various countries. Blair expressed interest in collaborating with Panama in the technological field, emphasizing the importance of strengthening this sector to continue promoting the country's growth and development.
