Among the main reasons for the complaints filed by owners of used cars were: 62 cases of warranty violations, totaling B/.474,624.39, making this the primary reason for the claims. Additionally, there were 24 complaints for lack of information (B/.118,347.67), 4 for contract violations (B/.53,697.80), 2 for lack of service (B/.2,911.87), and one complaint each for misleading sale (B/.13,395.00), hidden defect (B/.8,300.00), and custody of the asset (B/.640.12).

We are working to protect consumers' rights and ensure that these situations are adequately addressed."
