To use this service, users must register on the website micajadigital.css.gob.pa and choose whether they are employers or affiliates.
Once registered, users can view their digital profile with relevant information about their labor data, such as employment history, contributions, among others. This initiative aims to simplify and expedite access to citizens' labor information, facilitating the management of procedures and inquiries related to work.
The Minister of Labor and Labor Development of Panama highlighted the importance of this digital platform to strengthen transparency in labor relations and ensure compliance with workers' rights. In addition, she emphasized that 'My Digital Box' is a tool that promotes inclusion and modernization of public services, adapting to new technologies and facilitating the lives of citizens.
