The First Job Program, which was launched a few months ago, has ensured that 60% of the beneficiaries remain in the labor market. The remaining participants have chosen to boost their own ventures.

According to statements from the Minister of Labor, Doris Zapata, this initiative has shown positive results in favoring the insertion of young people into the labor world. Zapata stated: "We are very satisfied with the progress made so far."

On the other hand, the Minister of Agricultural Development, Augusto Jiménez, has highlighted a comprehensive plan to promote job generation in the country. This plan includes investments in strategic projects and seeks to reinforce Panama's commitment to combating illegal fishing.

Jiménez emphasized: "It is essential to unite efforts from both the public and private sectors to promote the sustainable growth and development of our nation. Only by working together can we effectively combat illegal fishing and promote the creation of decent jobs for all Panamanians."
