Capac highlights that the work stoppage not only significantly delays ongoing projects but also jeopardizes future job opportunities in the sector, affecting the livelihoods of thousands of Panamanian families.
"This stoppage responds to political interests that seek to destabilize the country, driven by a group that strays from the principles of development, sustainability, and growth that we value and need," emphasizes the Chamber. They assure that the works remain open and call on workers to come together to continue building a better future for their families, their sector, and their country.
