**National Assembly of Panama approved budget for 2026**
The General State Budget of Panama for 2026 was approved in the third and final reading during the session of the National Assembly. The adoption of the document concluded a lengthy process that took more than 30 octobers. Project No. 293, amounting to 34,901 million dollars, was signed by the President of the Republic of Panama with the following results: 58 votes in favor, 10 against, and one abstention.
