The president of the National Workers' Council (CONATO), Aniano Pinzón, stated at the installation of the table that will deal with the minimum wage, with Mitradel and employers, that they are bringing proposals to the table. Among these proposals is a national agreement and a longer-term review of the wage. Pinzón Real said that it is time to rethink the modifications to the minimum wage process, and therefore, they believe it is the right moment to propose a national agreement on the wage for the short, medium, and long term. Similarly, the leader of Casa Sindical, who is also the Vice President of Women on the CONATO Board of Directors, Julia Suira, proposed that the third region was previously eliminated, and we still have the pending elimination of the second, to be left with only one region, which would be a great achievement. To this, leader Pinzón responded that this could be another alternative that could be considered after a meticulous technical evaluation.
