Panama Tax System Updates

Panama's DGI has announced updates to the e-Tax 2.0 system, including new F2 and 18 declaration forms. Taxpayers are advised to monitor the official portal for information.

The General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) informs taxpayers of the following updates when carrying out procedures in the e-Tax 2.0 tax system, which include new versions of declaration forms. According to the DGI, a new section is created in Form F2, corresponding to Legal Income, which includes the following: F2 V10: Entrepreneurship Societies “Microentrepreneurs”; Updated F2 entrepreneurship sector microguide, October 30; F2 V10 entrepreneurship sector guide V1. Additionally, Form 18 V8 is updated, which covers the sectors of Panama Pacific, Free Zone, and Free Trade Zone: Updated F18 Free Zone microguide; Updated F18 Panama Pacific microguide. The DGI urges taxpayers to stay informed through its web portal.
