Panamanian Minister Meets Australian Prefab Home Company

The Minister of Commerce and Industries, Julio Moltó, received representatives from Momo Homes, an Australian capital company with operations in Panama, specializing in the manufacturing and export of single-family prefabricated homes to markets like the United States.

During the meeting, Stewart Hall, the CEO of Momo Homes; Benjamin Piggott, Head of Operations; and founder Charles Gale presented the business model they have structured from Panama to the head of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries (MICI), highlighting their success in exporting housing solutions to the U.S. market.

The representatives of the company emphasized the strategic importance of Panama as a logistics platform, noting that the location of their factory allows them to reduce time and costs in container handling, while also taking advantage of the favorable commercial relationship between Panama and the United States, which strengthens the country's competitiveness as an industrial and export hub.
